Back & Neck Pain

Back and neck pain are common conditions affecting people and their ability to participate in the activities they love. Your Physical Therapist will provide passive modalities to relieve discomfort and combine them with gentle exercise to help patients progress toward more functional activities, getting them back to their established goals. Passive modalities may include massage, joint mobilization, moist heat, ice, or electric stimulation.

Exercises implemented in addition to passive treatment are geared toward each patient’s specific presentation in order to improve strength, stabilization, and flexibility where necessary. The therapist will provide an individualized program.

Joint Pain

I discovered Med A Quest accidentally. I was looking for a physical therapist. When I called, their new office had not opened yet. When Med A Quest opened their doors, Med A Quest called me for my first appointment. I was one of the very first new patients at the new location in Egg Harbor Township. I am still at Med A Quest, attending three sessions a week. Even though this office is new, the physical therapists I have worked with are very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. They know what they are doing. The support staff is impressive as well. Yes, I recommend Med A Quest if you are looking for a physical therapist.

David Ferguson, Jr., CFS®, FERGUSON FINANCIAL

I recently completed physical therapy at Med A Quest, and felt compelled to let you know how pleased I was with the care and attention I received.

The moment you enter the door, Jennifer makes you feel welcomed, the atmosphere is inviting, and I particularly liked that there are individual treatment rooms for the more “personal” phases of treatment.

Brittany, my therapist, was compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable.  She supervised every exercise and continually asked about my comfort level.  One of the best things Med A Quest offers is an APP that is sent to your email showing all of the exercises, with instructions, that you are asked to do in between your scheduled appointments.

I strongly recommend that if you are in need of professional/compassionate care – you call Med A Quest!
